The urogynecological package is dedicated to all women: before and after urogynecological operations, with pelvic pain complaints, preparing for natural childbirth and cesarean sections, abdominal hernias, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence or for preventive purposes to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. In addition to traditional physiotherapy methods, we use the innovative PelviFly device for diagnostics and therapy. Functional medical training under the supervision of a physiotherapist 40 min – 3 x during the stay
PelviFly - is a smart device which allows you to gain control over your pelvic floor muscles. The inner trainer ensures the highest accuracy of measurements and uses biofeedback to replicate the movements of your deep muscles on the phone screen. You can track your progress in the app.

Meals
Meals served as part of a rich and varied buffet: breakfast 7:00-10:00 am; lunch 1:00-3:00 pm; dinner 6:00-8:00 pm;
A la carte meals - according to the current chef's menu, orders are taken from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm;
There is something for everyone, we serve meat, vegetarian, and vegan dishes. Soups, meat dishes, fish, side dishes, a large selection of raw vegetable salads and green salads, and sweet desserts.
During dietary sessions, an individual diet of 4-5 meals per day is prepared.
The meals depend on the type of stay purchased.

A rich offer of rehabilitation stays and slimming stays developed by Columna Medica specialists. The main specialization is orthopedic rehabilitation, spine rehabilitation, and neurological rehabilitation. Our facility is situated in a pine forest, offering beautiful views of the forest nature from every spot.
The charms of the nearby area encourage taking walks, cycling, nordic walking along forest paths, and along the picturesque and exceptionally clean Grabia River. Kayaking trips on the Grabia and Widawka rivers are also available.
We offer our guests the rental of sports equipment - nordic walking poles and bicycles.
Located 30 km from our property is a great proposition for both children and adults: the Family Amusement Park MANDORIA (accessible via the S8).
