The urogynecological package is dedicated to all women: before and after urogynecological operations, with pelvic pain complaints, preparing for natural childbirth and cesarean sections, abdominal hernias, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence or for preventive purposes to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. In addition to traditional physiotherapy methods, we use the innovative PelviFly device for diagnostics and therapy. PelviFly - is a smart device which allows you to gain control over your pelvic floor muscles. The inner trainer ensures the highest accuracy of measurements and uses biofeedback to replicate the movements of your deep muscles on the phone screen. You can track your progress in the app.

Meals served as part of a rich and varied buffet: breakfast 7:00-10:00 am; lunch 1:00-3:00 pm; dinner 6:00-8:00 pm;
A la carte meals - according to the current chef's menu, orders are taken from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm;
There is something for everyone, we serve meat, vegetarian, and vegan dishes. Soups, meat dishes, fish, side dishes, a large selection of raw vegetable salads and green salads, and sweet desserts.
During dietary sessions, an individual diet of 4-5 meals per day is prepared.
