Accommodation with meals:

• 2 nights, 3 days in comfortable rooms of four-star standard;
• Full board in the form of a Swedish buffet (breakfast, lunch, dinner);

The stay begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

Consultations:

• Initial physiotherapy consultation – 1x during the stay;

Diagnosis:

• Three-dimensional, static and dynamic analysis of body posture using DIERS Formetric 4D or Functional Movement Screen (FMS) or NEURAC – 1x during the stay;
  
  

Treatments:

• Manual therapy treatment with a Physiotherapist (40') – 1x during the stay;
• Functional medical training under the supervision of a Physiotherapist (40') – 1x during the stay;
• Therapeutic massage (20') – 1x during the stay;

Sauna session with a Sauna Master:

• Evening sauna ritual with a professional Sauna Master, during which inhalation and infusion sessions take place;

Advance registration for sauna sessions is required at the Reception.

Additionally, the package includes:

• Unlimited access to the Medical SPA & Wellness area:
