Weekend for the Spine

Accommodation with meals:

• 2 nights, 3 days in comfortable four-star standard rooms;

The stay starts with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

• First visit to the Physiotherapist (60') - 1 x during the stay;
• Physiotherapy sessions (60') – 2x during the stay;

During the sessions, the Physiotherapist tailors the treatment individually to the Patient's needs, including manual therapy, training, dry needling, and others.

• Therapeutic massage (40') – 3x during the stay;
• Nordic Walking (40') - 3 x during the stay;
• Three-dimensional, static and dynamic body posture analysis using the DIERS Formetric 4D device – 1x during the stay;

Sauna session with a Saunamaster:

• Evening sauna ritual with a professional Saunamaster, during which inhalation and herbal sessions take place;

Previous registration at the Reception is required for sauna sessions.
