Meals
Meals served in the form of a rich and varied buffet: breakfast, 7:00-10:00; lunch, 13:00-15:00; dinner, 18:00-20:00;
À la carte meals - according to the current chef's menu, orders are taken between 13:00-21:00;
There is something for everyone, we serve meat dishes, vegetarian and vegan options. Soups, meat dishes, fish, sides, a large selection of raw vegetable dishes and salads, and sweet desserts.
During dietary retreats, an individual diet of 4-5 meals per day is prepared.
The meals depend on the type of stay purchased.

Developed by Columna Medica specialists, a rich offer of rehabilitation stays and weight loss programs. The main specialization is orthopedic rehabilitation, spine rehabilitation, and neurological rehabilitation. Additionally, we have prepared a rehabilitation program for seniors and children and adolescents (e.g., scoliosis program).

Columna Medica is located in the center of Poland, close to Łódź with convenient access to the express roads S8 and S14.
Our facility is situated in the surroundings of a 100-year-old pine forest, offering a beautiful view of the forest nature from every spot.
The charms of the nearby area encourage taking walks, cycling, nordic walking along forest paths, as well as along the lovely and extremely clean Grabia river.
We have sporting equipment rental available for our guests - nordic walking poles and bicycles.
Within 30 km from our property, a great proposition for children and adults is the Family Amusement Park MANDORIA (accessible via S8).
