Individual exercises 40 min - 3 x during the stay
PelviBoost individual exercises 20 min - 3 x during the stay
Functional medical training under the supervision of a Physiotherapist 40 min – 3 x during the stay
PelviBoost - is an external smart device that strengthens your pelvic floor muscles. The training is conducted using an app. The workouts are interactive and engaging thanks to the use of games that are controlled by the deep muscles. You can track your progress in the app.

Meals served buffet style, rich and varied: breakfast, 7:00-10:00 AM; lunch, 1:00-3:00 PM; dinner, 6:00-8:00 PM;
À la carte meals - according to the current chef's menu, orders are taken from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM;
Something for everyone, we serve meat, vegetarian, and vegan dishes. Soups, meat dishes, fish, sides, a large selection of salads and coleslaws, and sweet desserts.
During dietary retreats, an individual diet of 4-5 meals per day is prepared.

Our facility is situated in a pine forest surrounding, where every spot offers a beautiful view of the forest nature.
The charms of the nearby area encourage taking walks, cycling, nordic walking along forest paths, as well as along the picturesque and extremely clean river Grabia. Canoeing trips on the Grabia and Widawka rivers are available.
For our guests' use, we have a sports equipment rental service - nordic walking poles and bicycles.
Located 30 km from our facility, a great proposition for both children and adults is the Family Amusement Park MANDORIA (accessible via S8).
