Accommodation with meals:

The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

Meals

Meals served in the form of a rich and varied buffet: breakfast, 7:00-10:00; lunch, 13:00-15:00; dinner, 18:00-20:00;
À la carte meals - according to the current chef's menu, orders are taken from 13:00 to 21:00;
Everyone will find something for themselves, we serve meat dishes, vegetarian and vegan dishes. Soups, meat dishes, fish, sides, a large selection of slaws and salads, and sweet desserts.
During dietary stays, an individual diet of 4-5 meals per day is prepared.

Meals depend on the type of stay purchased.

Rehabilitation

A rich offer of rehabilitation stays and slimming stays developed by Columna Medica specialists. The main specialization is orthopedic rehabilitation, spine rehabilitation, and neurological rehabilitation. Additionally, in our offer, we have prepared a rehabilitation program for seniors and children and adolescents (e.g., scoliosis program).

Columna Medica, located in the center of Poland, close to Łódź with convenient highway connections via S8 and S14.

Our facility is situated amidst a 100-year-old pine forest, with beautiful views of the forest nature from every spot.

The charms of the nearby area encourage to take advantage of walking, cycling, nordic walking along forest paths, as well as alongside the charming and exceptionally clean Grabia river.

We offer our guests the rental of sports equipment - nordic walking sticks and bikes.

Located 30 km from our facility, a great proposal for both children and adults is the Family Amusement Park MANDORIA (accessible via S8).
